Our Mission:
To have a leading initiative with ideas, projects, and activities which support the ministry of Mission Possible and help build the authority of the evangelical churches in Bulgaria through education, publications, and social programs that strengthen the churches and their ministry to individuals and communities.
Our Goal: To see churches unified, strong and with authority, and equipped for ministry.
Greatest need of Churches in Bulgaria today:
To prepare a new generation of successful and loyal ministers, dedicated to the local church. This is why we always look for the approval, support and recommendation of church leadership when organizing education programs.
Projects of Mission Possible Bulgaria Our projects and education programs complement each other. Our goal is to prepare and equip
pastors, Bible teachers, children's ministers, teanager and youth workers, family work leaders. 1. Education: Providing materials and conferences
In 2006 the Mission Possible Bulgaria team organized 11 significant conferences, seminars and trainings. Our team's goal was the training that we offer would be a unique and effective training that met a specific need, and for the past few years we have worked not only for the start and establishment of each training program but also for its continued development through the years as well as taking care of the people we have trained to serve in our previous training programs.
TRAINING CHRISTIAN WRITERS
The Christian writers' training started in 2001. It is for the various periodicals of Mission Possible and for the needs of the Christian publishing efforts in Bulgaria. In 2002 we started a Writers Club and about 40 writers are members of the club; they meet every month. In 2006 we had an opportunity to organize three different trainings with people from all over Bulgaria in attendance:
1. A Christian writers seminar with John Van Diest on Februay 11-12, 2006. There were 50 participants from throughout Bulgaria.
2. A training seminar for writers with an organization called Media Associates International on June 15 –18, 2006. The speakers were Rogers Palms and Cameron Courtney. There were 70 participants from throughout Bulgaria.
3. A one-day writers seminar with Glenna Salsbury called “ The Art of Storytelling ” that took place on July 8, 2006 with 50 participants from throughout Bulgaria. ALPHA COURSE

FAMILY MINISTRY TRAINING

• On May 13 – 14, 2006 there was a training program for 100 military families from the Military Academy in Veliko Tarnovo called “Biblical Portrait of Marriage”. This was taught by Daniela Encheva and Tanya Konyarova, along with their husbands.
• The “Effective Parents in a Defective World” conference took place November 17-19, 2006. There were more than 150 participants from across the country, which included 30 young families and their children. We recorded the training sessions on video and distributed it in the churches on DVD format.
LITERACY
The program started in 2000. It was developed to be suitable both for children and adults. We have published two books and a set of boards. In 2006 we organized a training program for literacy teachers. There are 5 classes and 90 children under our leadership, and 3 classes under the leadership of other organizations.
SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHER'S TRAINING
The Sunday school teachers training started in 1991 and more than 90% of the Sunday school teachers and Christian teachers in state schools have been trained in some of our trainings. There are two forms of training: Seminar training, which has 32 lessons for beginners and video training, which is held with teachers from different churches in the larger cities. We use the “7 Laws of a Learner” video by Bruce Wilkinson.
In 2006 we put on 8 video trainings with more than 260 teachers from the churches in the main cities and 3 local seminars for training Sunday school teachers where 35 teachers were trained.
CONFERENCES
Conferences are an essential part of Mission Possible's ministry in Bulgaria. Their goal is:
• To strengthen the basic ministries in the church
• To share high quality teaching on relevant topics
• To provide potential for sound brotherly fellowship for pastors of different denominations, generations, and cities.
CONFERENCES FOR TRAINING PASTORS, PREACHERS AND CHURCH MINISTERS: Our Mission has had a ministry in this direction since 1993 with the organization of the first seminar with pastor Dale Yerton on “Faith Foundation”. He has been to Bulgaria many times since and is remembered for his teachings on Moses, Joshua, the Apostle Paul, “Healthy Church Growth”, “Anointing”, and “From Good to the Best”.
Since then we have had 2 - 4 conferences and trainings each year for pastors, welcoming all denominations and free churches. The conferences are held under the motto “Together in Ministry”, usually in the months of April and September.
The most recent conference with pastor Yerton was from August 31 – September 6, 2006: 2 subsequent conferences in Sofia and in Stara Zagora with Dale Yerton. There were about 300 pastors from all over Bulgaria. We recorded the training on video and distributed it in the churches on DVD format.
“MEN OF HONOR AND INTEGRITY”
These conferences are a forum for men of integrity, willing to oppose the immoralism, cynicism and arrogance of our the society in our time - men willing to carry the responsibility for the well-being of their families, churches and country; men ready to serve as channels for God's blessing.
OCCASIONAL CONFERENCES FOR WOMEN, YOUTH, ETC.
F rom May 18 – 20, 2 006: The 4 th leaders conference for women's ministry. The theme was “Mothers and Daughters”. We gathered 40 leading women in the ministry with their own daughters and their “spiritual” daughters to transfer their experience and encouragement.
In 2006 we also had the unique opportunity to join forces with representatives of Global Action to organize a youth conference in Shumen from May 23 – 25, 2006. More than 500 young people from all parts of Bulgaria attended the conference.
2. Social programs
SOUP KITCHENS
This feeding project is directed to the children in the Gypsy Ghettos. With God's help there were 7 soup kitchens with about 250 children in the winter of 2006. The soup kitchens are opened at the local churches and they are places not only for giving food to the hungry Gypsy children but also it is an opportunity to care for them emotionally and spiritually.
PROJCECT "GOATS AND FAMILIES"
In 2006 we managed to give a goat to 54 different poor families that had many children; this goat gives them milk every day.
This project was covered by the Bulgarian Television Stations.
INTEGRATION OF ROMA YOUTH
In the autumn of 2006 we started a new social project called the “Integration of Roma Youth”. There are 30 girls who we support financially in order to help them graduate. These girls have lessons in the Bulgarian language, the English language, and mathematics. They are also taught about culture and hygiene.
Those who cannot continue their education will be helped to find a suitable job.
PROJECT "ROSES"
In the autumn of 2006 we bought 9 acres of agricultural land near the village of Rozino. Our goal is this land is for it to be tilled in order to give food and income to poor families. In December we planted the land we bought with roses, from which comes the main raw material that is used in parfumery. This project is being developed with CBN's help.
