Mission Possible's Principles
and Organizational Structure

Missions Statement

Mission Possible is an international Evangelical Missions and Aid organization, targeting Eustern European countries with the goal of carrying out the Lord's Great Commission.

Mission Possible's goal is to equip the local churches for works of service (Eph. 4:12) and also to reach needy, vulnerable people by initiating and supporting, as our slogan says, "strategic projects in historic times for His glory".

Mission Possible's ministry includes three main ministry directions:

  1. Evangelism
  2. Education
  3. Help for the needy

Principles of work

Mission Possible is an internationally operating ministry, consisting of national organizations who share the same vision and have common or similar projets.

Mission Possible's principle is to invest as much as possible into the work in the target countries and to keep the supporting structure inthe West as light as possible. We have in the West only 4 full time workers. In the target countries the organization has app. 60 workers. In addition to this there are supported church planters. All workers are nationals.

Structure of work

Mission Possible's national organizations are locally and independently registered, with Mission Possible's Western organization as a founding member in the most of them. There is a constant communication between the local organizations and Mission Possible in the West on developing the work and using funds.

The local organizations in the target countries provide monthly reports about operations and finances. Funds are directed to their destination based on monthly budgets.

This kind of an organizational structrure enables the development of the work in each country on a local foundation and ownership, and at the same time it enables an adequate follow-up of projects and finances and keeps the ministry vision straight.

Ignat Ivanov serves as leader for the international organization and CEO for the Finland and USA organizations.
